Payments:

We accept payments by Venmo, personal check, and cashiers check. Reservation is not secure until payment is received. Check in instructions given upon receipt of payment. Personal checks made to MS Developments, Inc. – 65939 142nd Ave. Wabasha MN 55981

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 1 month ahead of time will receive a full refund. 2 weeks ahead of time receive 50% refund. All other cancellations will not receive a refund.

Pembroke Studio Rentals reserves the right to change rates at any time.

Smoking Policy:

All of our accommodations are smoke-free. A $250.00 service fee will be charged to any unit that has been smoked in. Please only smoke outside and properly dispose of your cigarette waste. As of January 1, 2020, this definition includes carrying or using an activated electronic delivery device.

Damage/Cleaning. If any damage to our property occurs, please notify us so we can repair it before the next guests arrive. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage to our property unless such damage is due to normal wear and tear of usage.

Minimum Age Policy:

All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations at Pembroke Studio Rentals.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed in any of our units.
